YIN YOGA

An invitation to bring your accumulated energies both mentally and physically back into flow in order to restore your inner harmony and balance  to find. With gentle passive stretching, you release muscular tension by simply holding the poses for a longer time, only with the help of gravity, lying or sitting, supported with pillows and blankets, stimulating your fascial tissue and thus promoting its regeneration.

All levels and age groups are welcome. No prior knowledge required.

On request, also in combination with singing bowls to make you vibrate and to be carried and supported by the harmonious sounds.
